what tires/offset would work well with the 20" varianza setup?

what tires/offset would work well with the 20" varianza setup?

I plan on getting a set of 20" varianza T1S step lip, not sure on the offset or tire size to make it look good with my setup. I need some help guys.

I am dropped on tein s-tech for g35, have my rear fenders rolled with spc camber kit installed. My rear camber is dialed in at around -1.4 I believe. My fronts are around 2.2 or so. I am running a full ings kit all around and at the current height my car can barely make it up my driveway.

Anyways, I would like to know what offset you guys recommend for me for the t1s? I want it to look right on my car. I like the aggressive look but do not want anything crazy where i have to run a lot of negative camber on the rear to make it fit. I can't afford to go through tires like that.

Also what tire sizes do you recommend I get? Does 20" tires cost more than 19's? I would like to stick with Toyo Proxes T1R if possible. A light to mild stretch is okay with me but nothing to insane. I'm confused with all this O, R, disk stuff. I want maximum lip. Not sure if I'm gonna be running a BBK.

I'm not going to give advice on your offsets or anything I'll let a guru take care of that, but lower the better

What width of wheel are you going with? (to determine size of tires)

20" tires are usually less than 19"s. All odd number tires sizes are usually more than the 1" larger of an even tire size. As weird as that is.

oops sorry about that, 20x9.5 F, and 20x10.5 R. I was thinking maybe running +5 all around? or +15.

Yeah its weird how 20" tires are almost half cheaper than what I pay for 19's. That's awesome then, I'm not complaining! Falken 452 looks like a good deal $about $680 for all 4.

hmm well since you already have some wheels that already are kinda flush then get 20x9.5 20x10.5 with slightly smaller offsets

and i wouldn't touch 452s after their "interesting" reputation, try some general exclaims they are truly troopers, they go through almost anything and hold up

O disk=max lip least bbk clearance
A disk=somewere between the above and below
R disk=least lip most bbk clearance

if you want MAX lip, get O disk but good luck selling wheels with O disk in the front

Eurodre appreciate the help a lot. So perhaps +15 all away around with general 225/35/20 for the fronts and 255/35/20 for the rear will look okay on my setup?

The disk thing still is a hard deciding factor for me. Cause I'm not sure if i will be getting a BBK. I might but i doubt it. Maybe its safe for me to get A disk all around then?

i can't exactly tell from your pictures but i doubt you need a 225/35 on the front 9.5

and did you mean to say ur front camber is -2.2 or positive 2.2?

but do what frankie said and pick between +10 and +5 is a good range

a disk in the rear you will most likely clear whatever bbk you put but for the front it depends on the specific bbk you might be able to clear some, maybe

I see, yup my front camber is at about -2.2 to -2.4 i believe. my rear is at -1.4 since i have a spc rear camber kit.

What size tires do you recommend if i go with the 20x9.5 +5 and 20x10.5 +5 setup then?

Suprasam, thanks a lot. I'm selling them. I want a new look. I'd keep both if i can but i'm not a baller.

well you have a good amount of camber in the front and ur on springs so u don't need that much clearance, a 235/35 on the 9.5 should be fine and the 255/35 in the rear should be chill

do you guys think +5 all around will look okay with my current drop (lowered on tein s-techs for g35) bout 1.1" drop front and 0.9" in the rear. not sure if i will be getting coilovers, but i just dont want the rim to look weird with my current suspension setup. I have rear spc camber kit and currently adjusted to -1-4 degrees camber, I don't want to rub. i have decided to go with 225/35/20 and 255/35/20 for my tires.

Let me know what you guys think. If not I may get +15 all around then, i just don't know what to do.
