Couldn't summarize my experience with them any better, along with contacting strangers on my350 and here to find out wtf was going on with my wheels. Just out of curiosity, how much did this clown charge you guys? He was taking 2800 shipped to Canada from me (mind you these were 19's).

I like some of the excuses...

"my phone died so i needed to buy a new phone."

So i guess there's no point in charging a phone right?

"My kid look at my phone and read my text messages."

How old is your kid, if you even have one? What's he doing with your phone? matter fact how old are you, because you're a grown kid now....you should be comfortable with those words, especially when you perform the action on others...fuking them over with sh*tty communication.

 

Given all that we went through with Pi-Thon Shane, the fact that Kranson was even worse than those guys should be a clear warning to everyone. Stay away, don't touch 'em with a 20 foot pole!

Anyhow, sucks for you guys. There is nothing worse than poor customer service and lack of ethics. Hopefully everything works out for both of you!

Damn that sux...you want to go out and find wheels that hardly anyone else has but at what cost? Stick to the name brands and call it a day!
