I live in NY so I don't want to spend 3g's on rims, not with these roads.

If you don't plan on doing power upgrades get whatever rims you want. Some wheels will crack/break with alot of torque and power so that's why you would need Volk / Iforged / BBS etc.

That a somewhat false statement - these car would have to be putting 500+ horsepower to do any damage to almost any wheel out there on the market - alot of $$$ on wheels doesn't always mean quality...

Than why are forged wheels more money?
