Negotiating prices on wheels?

Hey guys, would it be feasible to negotiate with places such as wheelsnext.com, wheelfire.com etc?

Many of the vendors on this site will offer you the best prices on wheels. I think it'll be easier to negotiate with them.

Okay, well say the wheel and tire package is $2,200 on their site. What would be an appropriate first offer?
