which is the best suspension setup for the 04 G35x ?

 

Did you miss my reply to your 350Z suspension post just yesterday? The X uses a different front suspension, same that the FX uses. You would be ok in the rear, but the front is different, front sway bar is absolutely totally different. Best way to find out is to see if someone local to you has a spare G35 suspension you can barrow to test fit. If you can install the front oem G35 shocks, your home free. Otherwise, I guarantee that none of a aftermarket companies has bothered to bring a X in to test fit for suspension parts. Only Eibach offers a G35X specific lowering spring.

Where do you live, if your close to me you can bring your car to me and I'll resolve all the questions, I even have a spare oem suspension.

If your willing to drive about a hour past Fresno (north), you can bring the car to me. I'll pull off one front shock and spring unit and compair to a regular sedan shock/spring assembly that I have laying around in my garage. That should tell us everything we need to know. I would not be above installing both regular sedan shock/spring assemblies on your car if needed to test even more. I would do this just to learn, no cost to you in any way and it's really a open invite to get the answers you need. I have a hand injury, so can't happen for at least a week. Let me know, I'm more then willing to help.
