Work Varianza T1S Wheels - good wheels?
oh no don't do that, don't let some shop figure out the offset for you
more often than not they will give you some terrible specs
you're better off searching up on here through pictures and stuff to see what would suit your car
if you are going to spend close to 3k on wheels why have them tuck or not be EXACTLY how you want, you know?

Plus, if the shop specs the wheels and they don't fit, then its their problem, not mine. If i spec the wheels and they don't fit, then it becomes my problem and i'm really out $3000 bucks!

Thanks
Never, heard of Mike or Matt. I know John, Logan, and Jeremy. John & Logan are the main guys and Jeremy works in the warehouse reciving.
As for the finish, it's MSP (machine silver polish).
Also, the specs to not tuck will require a fender roll, best if it's flat. You can pull if you wish, but you don't have to. Just means you can't go as low with the offset. The shop will put you with a higher offset. I'm pretty sure whatever they say works, you can squeeze another 20mm out of it just by doing a roll, pull, and stretched tire...that is if you're trying to go for that. If you're not looking to go with stretched tires, then you will need a higher offset since the tire will be more prone to rubbing.

I wouldn't trust any old shop, but Hok down at JT Performance really knows his stuff - as Nissan / Infiniti's are their specialty.

i hope so man, i got nothing against man but i have seen plenty of shops who offer terrible specs on wheels and when it comes down to it man its honestly your problem, they gave you what they thought would fit and its not about FIT its about being flush, because i can put like 9.5 +20 10.5 +20 on my car and they would fit but they would tuck like no tomorrow so its not about the fit, they will FIT its about being flush

Let us pick your specs not a shop. Even though they are "infiniti" guys doesn't mean they know about what offsets are gonna give you the look you want. Remember +15 was a REALLY good offset a year and a half ago, now it's considered a weak setup.
Offset game has REALLY stepped up and people keep pushing it more and more. Good to see a change.
even tire shops that have stretched before ( tire central) say tire stretching isnt safe haha
Even if it is "safe" it doesn't look right. Like a fat chick trying to wear a thong 5 sizes too small.
