I'm planning on buying Volk GT-30 wheels in carbon black for my g35 coupe.
Do any of u guys have any experience on them?
Good wheels?

btw they're going to be 20x9.5 F and 20x10.5 R
with Yoko S-Drive tires 245/35 and 275/30
theyre used and the guy is asking $3500
is that worth it?

i got quoted 3100 for brand new volk gts 19" from the factory

 

what are the offsets?

that seems a little expensive for used wheels

 

i checked out the wheels and tires in person last week.

they are actually 20x8.5 front (+35) and 20x9.5 rear (+37)

they look really mint, no scratches or anything.

i got a quote from the shop brand new is $4800 without tires.

im still thinking about it..

i did offer $3000 but the guy said $3300.

 

Volk wheels have been bumping their prices a lot in the recent months. Still, you can get a brand new set for cheaper than $4800. What you are referring in the first post is their Phantom Edition GT30 with Formula Silver face. Those now have been discontinued. If you can come across a brand new set, I'd suggest you buy them.

 

super weak sizes and offsets!! If I were you I wouldnt buy them cause fitment would look disgusting on a coupe but its up to you

 

seems like a lot man. i'd find a better deal

 

If you really want the phantom edition, then jump on this because i doubt you'd be able to find anyone else selling phantom eds in near mint condition. Just change the barrels to meet your designated offsets/sizes.

I paid $2000 used for a set of 20x9.5 +10 and 20x10.5 +23 in good shape. Only needed new rear tires.
