Best Lightweight Wheels (Under $2500)

I am looking for lighter wheels for the G35 Coupe. Right now I have the stock 6 spoke silver wheels - base wheels/17". I believe they weigh in around 22lbs from researching on the site.

Question, what brand is the best for light weight wheels? I imagine Volk/Rays, Gram Lite, others???

Looking for a well fitting 18" wheel that will not require a ton of work - to offset, extend studs, new hubs! Just a good fitting very light wheel to eek more performance out of the car and enhance looks.

Thx
PB

Check out my wheels

Fits all of your criteria except it's 19", which looks better anyways. Fat tires for performance and absolutely no modifications needed unless you're dropped.

And even then it's just a mild fender roll.

Enkei RPF1

FTMFW

Very lightweight, very wide assortment of offsets and sizes. Cheap too!

^^ your wheels aren't exactly light... He is looking for more performance wheels than good looking wheels.

To OP, look into Enkei RPF1s, volks te37 ce28, 5zigen proracer.. etc. Check out the 18s private section as well as frequently lurk over on my350z.com, usually they have more and better deal than over here. People with Gs are usually looking for 19 or 20s. Good luck on your finding.

The Forgestar F14 line is also available in 18" sizes and they are also fairly light weight. They sould come in around the same price as the RPF1 (the undisputed king of strong light weight affordable wheels), but the F14 offers more size adjustability and pretty much the same color options.

Forgestar F14:
18×8.5 offsets from +26 to +50 17.6lbs (+48 offset)
18×9.0 offsets from +20 to +55
18×9.5 offsets from +26 to +60 19.4lbs (+48 offset)
18×10 offsets from +16 to +42 19.2lbs (+42 offset)
18×11 offsets from +23 to +55
18×12 offsets from +36 to +68 20lbs (+68 offset)

The F14 and the RPF1 can be had WITH tires for less than $2500, thats dependant on the tire you choose obviously.

Enkei PF01 is a lighter wheel than even the RPF1 and for about the same price...

My PF01's with Advan Sport tires cost me $2800.
