replacement of BREMBO

replacement of BREMBO

when should the brembo brake pads be replaced. I'm hearing different answers and was wondering if anyone knew.

Well, isn't the rule when you start to heal squeaking its time to replace...Brembro's are just like every other brake systems just with a better caliper design and rotor combo....on my 240sx I swapped to a 300ZX 4 piston caliper setup and they stopped as good as the baer or stoptech brake systems.

2mm of pad material left on backing plate is the usual minimum.
Personally 3mm would be better as you would have more protection from fluid boiling.
