Best Tires for stock Wheels
Best Tires for stock Wheels
I have the stock 17" wheels and will be needing a new set of tires in next few months for them.
Currently I have the Bridgestone Turanza, they are OK but seem to have some road noise.
What I am looking in tires for is comfort, noise and performance in this order. They need to be ALL SEASON
To get some improved performance and looks I am planning to go with the 235/50/17 instead of the 215/55/17 as they are almost same diameter.
My price range is around $600 for a set of 4.
Thanks for your input.

Re: Best Tires for stock Wheels
You say "ALL SEASON" like you actually intend to use them in the snow. I've heard good things about the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S in 235/50R17 -- with respect to just about everything (handling, comfort, tread life, snow, etc.)
I haven't tried them myself, as I'm down in sunny SoCal, so to me "all season" and "max-performance summer-only" are pretty much the same thing. However, if I lived elsewhere, with the reviews I've seen, it's the tire I'd try.
