Question on tires

Hey noob question here but I was just wondering if

225/45R-17 Bridgestone Blizzak WS60
245/45R-17 Bridgestone Blizzak WS60

will fit on the 17" OEM rims on an 03 g35 coupe??

They will fit the oe wheels, however, the front tire size is a bit shorter than normal. Aside from the loss in load capacity you might have VDC issues with the front size.
