What should I do about this alignment???

Ok, so I have had no luck with getting my car aligned for the past few months and it has resulted in some serious uneven wear that eventually popped my new tires. So the people at firestone told me I needed a new rear camber arm, I did that. Then I went to Infiniti to get it aligned because me and the Firestone manager didnt see eye to eye. They were unable to put it in spec as well and suggested that I need to replace: Right side front compression rod, both rear lower links (toe??) and left front lower link. The guy said it might need more as well. This was after Kauffman tire said I needed new knuckles, bearings and front lower control arms. I'm confused. The only thing I know for sure is that one of the front wheels is slightly in fronnt of the other (what causes this?) Any advice or knowledge will be appreciated: Thanks. Here are the specs:
Front Left:
Camber -1.2
Caster 7.7
Toe 0.06
SAI 5.3
Included Angle 4.1
Front Right:
Camber -0.3
Caster 6.1 (Way out)
Toe 0.04
SAI 4.7
Included Angle 4.4
Cross Camber -1.0 Cross Caster 1.6 Cross SAI 0.7 Total toe 0.11
Rear left: Camber -1.6 Toe 0.45
Rear right: Camber -1.0 Toe -1.36
Cross Camber -0.7 Total toe -0.91 Thrust angle 0.90
Once again any help is appreciated.
