winter tires

hey guys I am in the process of buying a new set of winter tires for my G. something more heavy duty would do. I live in St. Louis so I do occasionally have to drive with some snow on the ground and cold temperatures. What would be some good winter tires to look at?

I run Alpin's and love em, you'll also get a lot of blizzak fans shortly

Dunlop Winter Sport M3 in my Altima
Michelin Alpin PA3 on my Camry
Bridgestone Blizzaks LM-25 on my G

All held up great for daily driving. My thought, you're not going to be driving the snot out of the car during the winter, so paying for Super, Ultra, Ludicrous, High performance is not necessary. With that said, I don't think you'll need the best/most expensive, but then again, don't get the cheapest either.

And lastly, SEARCH. There are tons of posts about this topic.

Good luck, be safe.

The new, last year, Conti Extremewintercontac is a good alternative to the Blizzak.
