WedsSport SA55M BBM On OB Coupe

So finally got these on tonight. Santa dropped them off for me on Christmas Eve but was waiting on the lugs (Muteki Blues) and hubcentric rings to finish the job which came in today. Ordered from RavSpec who I'll thank again later for working with me and putting up with my calling them all the time. Great guys to work with so props to Marc and Calvin there.

These pics are trash and this was wrapped up at night so I apologize for the bad pics up front.

This was converting from stock 18's to this so it was a big switch. 06 OB Coupe with no other mods (yet).

Specs:
F: 19x9.5 +15, Hankook VentusV12 245/35
R: 19x10.5 +15, Hankook VentusV12 275/35

Notes:
-Needs alignment (too late to get that done tonight)
-Needs drop and camber... already rubbing even driving it home on some bad bumps in the rear. Thinking BC Racings here? Thoughts?
-Needs a BATH. Snow has been a bitch this holiday...
-And while further down the line those breaks look like crap as they're less hidden... BBK someday i hope.

And without further ado... pics.

Out the box... packaging was great with the wrapping and plenty of cardboard.

Unfortunately this was the only one I could get ... camera batteries are recharging now. Not great but hopefully a tide over. Will hopefully get a chance for some better shots tomorrow and less bush .

Nice wheels, looks like your paint needs a polish though lol. Lots of swirls.

Agreed ok the BBK, I had similar wheels (SA67R) and hated that you could see my wack brakes. A small portion of why I wanted to get rid of them, I didn't plan on doing a BBK in the future. But now I am

yea it's sadly further down on my to dos simply from a cost perspective. this is a DD for me and I'm not tracking soon. coils are def next. body, exhaust and now bbk would be after that... short of some sick deals that's a good chunk of cash down the line. will just have to take more flattering shots that hopefully don't highlight the lack of bbk

looks good, so far. i'm subscribed for full car pics. I almost got these wheels, but decided to wait for spring time/better weather to make the next purchase.

You're going to have to roll the rear fender too.

Thanks guys. Will take some better shots this weekend but no promises on a bath... supposed to snow on monday here so not much point in washing yet.

and @money042 there are the BBM's which are these and there are BRM which is a red finish and the blues are a fire kind of fade. I was originally looking to get those but they wont have 19's available until sometime Q1 or Q2 of this year. Those likely wouldn't look good on an Athens I wouldn't thing but just a heads up for anyone else looking.

The rub on the back when i hit bumps is driving me up the wall. Found a local shop who wants $50 a corner to roll the fenders which seems reasonable so have that scheduled in the coming weeks. Looking to pull some extra cash in 2 weeks and go ahead and buy the coils and camber arms asap. Still debating on what coils to get though.

New Pics!

New Pics!

So these are some side shots that I took during a brief snowfall yesterday. Some of them look like I'm carrying crack in the wheels...

Found the info for a guy who will do a full detail of the car and buff/shine it up. Will hold off until the winter is all said and done. Also found someone to roll the fenders... he wants $50 a corner tho but it is a shop so he could guaruntee his work. Is that reasonable or am I getting ripped there?

Anyway onto the pics!

Full profile shot. Needs a drop yadayada am looking at either Stance or BC Coils... anyone got preferences?

Diff side shot showing a bit more of the angle. I'm sub-amateur in photos guys. Am aiming to get into photography later this year just waiting on a sick deal on a nice camera.

Crack transport... the snow falling was like powder ontop of the stuff all over the roads to keep it from sticking. We're getting blasted with snow/ice over the next couple days.

Another side shot... you can see some more of the concavity here.

Prob best of the bunch. Sadly the front direction of this the pic got corrupted and will not display ****. Will retake at some point but you can see the concavity of these wheels. Love it!

Hope those asking for the side shots were more satisfied with these.
