What is "PCD" when regarding bolt pattern?

So I'm looking at getting some new wheels and I found some I like but I'm not sure if they'll fit and I don't wanna drop the cash and be SOL. So the bolt pattern is 5x114. But it reads as 5x114 PCD. What does this mean? Any help is greatly appreciated. I tried searching but couldn't really find anything.

Scott

Pitch circle diameter.

Basically the space between the lugs holes.

and it's actually 5x114.3, but 5x114 or 5x115 will fit.

Also, I'm trying to have the wheels sit closer to the outside, would you recommend spacers or wider wheels? They're offering them in 19x9.5 and 19x11

I can only help so much.. cuz when i got my wheels i didn't know much about the wheels.. I have heard a lot from these guys on here, but what i can tell u. I have 20's 9.5 +24 front and 11's +29 in the rear.. i don't need spacers cuz my tires sit in line with the outer fender. You need to find out the offset of the rim's.. my offset is weak compare to some of the guys on here.

Oh and the ring thing is called: Hub Centric Rings 73mm to 66.06mm Plastic (that size was for my wheels it might not be the same for yours)
