Possible to fix this lip?

really so I can get a polished lip on them? Sick.. sounds kinda pricey tho and idk if there are any reputable shops in Vegas that can do it or that I would even trust to do it cause as you can see the shops in vegas no nothing. I literally cant find a shop for anything in Vegas for general repairs or wheel repairs or anything for that matter. shops suck here in Vegas. They are all wannabe custom shops trying to be like Cali.
