Winter Rims and Tires Question

I am looking for winter tires for my coupe. I have stock 18s for now.

What do you think is better for winter
1) winter 18 tires. (please recommend which ones)
2) winter 17 tires + rims
3) winter 18 tires + rims

Let me know what do you think.
