You could do a +10 in the rear with a 225/45 and a little more camber.

If you don't have a front camber kit up front you'll need a 20-25mm spacer to flush it out with. 225/45 tire. If I were you, I'd go with a 15mm spacer and run a 235/40/18 up front. In the rear,
run a 10mm spacer with a 235/40/18.

This is all assuming your going to drop the car 3.5+ inches running atleast -3 camber all around.

Like Blain said, we can only help you so much. Every car is different and what works on one won't work with the other. Remember that my front and rear fenders are pulled as well.
