-25 will not work
For those sizes i would look for something Closer to +40mm for the 9.5'' and closer to +30mm for thr 8.5" wheel.

I think you made a mistake, nobody would be selling wheels with that random of specs...
If you are talking about +25 on a 9.5 they can fit, but chime in an let me know and I'll help you out.
