While you're at it, get some 4" spacers for the rear..

JK

I would go with 15 if you can that way you can get some spacers with built in studs. I have the same specs but im at +10. I wish I went with a 20mm spacer to get it a little more flush.
What are the specs on your rear wheels? I would try to match the flushness front and rear.

You might have to pinch your front fenders. Measure from your wheel out 15mm to see where it will sit with the spacer.
