Continental Extreme Contact DSW vs. Nitto NeoGen

I'm getting everything squared away for my setup, and the final thing that I need to order is tires.

The sizes I'm getting are:

F: 245/35
R: 275/35

I'm looking for all season tires and I've narrowed it down to either Continental Extreme Contact DSW's or Nitto NeoGen's.

Which would you choose? Why?

Also, which would be a better tire to stretch?

Thanks!
