what problems can i run into using 245/40/19 inch all around on my rays oem 19"

hey guys i have a buddy selling Nankang Ultra Sport NS2' Size: 245/40/19 for a really good price. I have winter tires on right now so i'm due to buy summer tires asap.. Would there be any problems running the 245/40/19 tires all around on the 19" rays oem wheels? I would be doing alot of highway driving as well. let me know thanks. I don't mind road noise or a little bit of a fat tire in front, as long as it doesnt look too ugly. any pics would be greatly appreciated.
