So I got a call, and my Work Meister S2R rims finally arrived at port, and are on their way to my house
But the rear offsets are not quite what I expected/ordered. I originally ordered 18x9.5" +25 offset, but they ordered 18x9.5" +20 offset.
They claim that the 18x9.5" +25 will have a smaller lip than the 18x8.5" +25 that I ordered for the fronts, and that the fitment guide from Work said that +20 was the correct offset for the rears? He says any other offset, and the rim will either be pushed way inside, or stick out past the wheel well. He said +20 will make the rim/tire flush with the side....
Does this sound right? I know when I tried looking at the Japanese Web site, I recall that the +25 in 18.9.5" was their "Big Caliper" rim, and +20 and +35 was their "Deep Dish" rim, but I can't read japanese, so I couldn't make heads/tails of it.
I waited 3 months for these rims to arrive from Japan, so I'm kind of scared if these rims will fit or not... Anyone else have +20 in the back with 9.5" rims? He did say my back rims will have a huge a$$ lip though
I'll post pics when the rims arrive...

+20mm should be okay for coupe.
There are 19x10, 19x10.5' using +19mm offset and they look
barely tucked in running 275.
please post picts when you get them installed.

For my rear Enkei RPF1's, I have 18x9.5 with a +15mm offset. Apparently, this was recommended by Enkei for the G35 coupe and 350Z as an "aggressive" setup to maximize handling.
With a 20mm offset it should be tucked 5mm more into the wheel well.

you'll be fine, avs. there'll be no issues with clearance or rubbing and they'll look real aggressive. Can't wait to see them.

I'm not sure if they were able to switch me to Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S or not. I'll find out next week...
