With that setup you probably would rub if you didnt roll fenders unless your offsets are really high.

What are the wheel offsets so we can assist you?

It will be a number printed on the back of the wheel usually looks like "et +xx"

If you bought these new they are should have been selectable when you bought the wheels. Look for a number with a + sign in front of it.

You could probably get away with a 15mm spacer in the rear and 20mm spacer up front. The best way to determin that for sure is to get the wheels on the car, lower it to where you like it and have an alignment done. Once thats all done you can then measure from the tire sidewall out to the fender to figure out how much room you have available to move the tire out. I would roll the rear fender a little so you can get the wheels a little more flush, it will look better IMO.
As far as drop, it depends on what you are looking for. Slight fender gap, no fender gap, tires tucked, etc.
The shocks and struts are probably getting close to needing to be replaced so I would just do it all at once and get some coilovers. You get new shocks and adjustability to suite your liking and driving style. You will spend slightly more, but it's well worth it..trust me and everyone else that will recommend them to you.

Well I have a sedan so naturally I started with OE 350Z springs for a 1" drop, I then tried a few combo's (350z and G35 coupe springs etc). The ride with those springs was decent, given that they were all OE springs. I also had new 350Z Tokico HP shocks/struts with the above springs. I wanted to go a little lower so I went with Tanabe NF210's (coupe version) and I really liked the ride comfort, but I didn't like the height. It was supposed to be 1.6F and 1.1R I believe, but turned out to be more like 1.5 front and rear. I sold those and the Tokico shocks and went with these
https://g35driver.com/forums/brakes-...coilovers.html

I am very happy with these. I have had a few little bugs to work out but all in all it's well worth it.

Those are the only springs/shocks that I can comment on with personal experience. I like the ride quality of the Tanabe the best, and the adjustability of the coilovers. I picked them up when they were only $450 shipped. I believe they are now $535 or so now..still well worth it.

The Tein S-tech and H-tech seem to be popular springs, and BC, Stance and F&F seem to be popular coilovers.
