falken Azenis PT-722 A/S?

Im in the market for tires for my Rays 245/40/19 all around, just curious if anyone has any experience with these? I loved my Rt-615's on my S13 and have always leaned more towards Falken. Im looking for something that has very good wet/dry traction and can also hold its own on the random snow/ice days.

I know everyone is gonna tell me to go with the Continental Conti DWS tires they get pretty good reviews but have read about the "soft" sidewalls, from the research i have done these might be better for me, they are going on a 06 Sedan 6mt.

Thanks.

For the price, how can you possibly go wrong? The Conti's are at least 25% more expensive from most distributors ($243 @ TireRack).
