Nitto NeoGen V. Falken 452

I need to get tires soon and was leaning towards the Nitto NeoGen over the Falken 452. I got mix reviews for the 452's but not much feedback about the NeoGen. I will be running some camber hence I was leaning toward the NeoGen because of their claims that it wears evenly. Any thoughts and comments?

I've been rolling on NeoGens since I've had my setup on (about 2 or 3 weeks) and I don't really have any complaints.

In fact, I haven't really heard anything that negative about NeoGens. However, this isn't the case for the FK452's.

I've run a lot of tires but not the Neo Gens. I can tell you I stay away from Falkens, too many complaints about feathering (which I had happen to me on stock suspension), treads separating, bubbles in the sidewall, etc.

The road noise is a bit better as I had Falken Ziex 512's on my stock wheels and now I have the NeoGens on my Works.

As for grip, I can't really comment because I don't really do any hard driving (yes, my life is boring. Bite me.) But, for the turns that I do take in a very "fast" manner, the NeoGen's don't disappoint.

I've had the 912's on the stock wheels and figure I'd give the 452's a shot for my work wheels. I've always been curious about the NeoGen's but the tread wear is pretty low.

Def DO NOT get the Falken 452s.
That's what I'm running right now and the road noise is pretty bad.
Especially under braking.

I am currently running the neo gens in the rear. The neo gens slip a lot when its wet out, to the point where it scares the hell out of me sometimes. My previous tires ( nitto nt555) where a lot better in the rain and I felt safer running those. When its dry out, the neo gens are great.

Personally I have no experience with the falkens, but the NeoGens are crap in my book. I had them back when they came out on my Eclipse. I went thru about 3 sets in a year and like Raj said, the NeoGens are scary on wet asphalt. This was in hot a$$ AZ, but still. If you're looking at getting Nittos, get the 555s, they are great. I switch to 555s after the Neo Gens and they last me a while. Also look at the Invos. The Invos are the best tires i've ever owned on wet roads. They have great grip, but my rear ones only lasted about 6 months and my fronts got bubbles on the sidewalls :/

you should look into the vredestein sessantas. Ive heard nothing but good things about those tires and they run cheaper than some other tires in the same category.
