Difference between Michelin PS2 tires

I need to change my rear tires and I want to get some Michelin PS2s. I saw them on tirerack with the following description:

245/40ZR19 (94Y) SL for 335$/tire

I also saw them on discount tires with this description:

PILOT SPORT PS2 245/40ZR19 98Y RRBL XL for 233$/tire

What gives the huge 100$ difference ? The cheaper ones also have a higher load index

The price on the XL rated seems way too low.

The 94Y was factory equipment on X car. The 98Y XL is not. OE tires are always
More expensive.

Got it from this link here:

Seems really low to me too, compared to the 335$ regular 94Y at the tirerack so I was wondering if it fits our cars for the rear wheels and if it's 'missing' something (?)
