Suspension Problem

I have a 03.5 6sp sedan. It has not been lowered, however, I do have aftermarket rims and stillen exhaust. I have been noticing a clicking sound coming from my rear end whenever I start to move either forward or backward. Out of curiosity today I measured the distance from the inside of my rear wheel-well on both sides of the car. One side measured 1/2"+/- from the other side. The car is parked on a level surface as it is in my garage. One wheel also seems to be turned in more than the other. I know I need to take this into the dealership but has anyone had this problem before?

Sounds like you just need an alignment. but doubt that'll solve your clicking sound...

My sedan also has the click when starting out forwards or backwards. I'm taking her in this morning to get checked out. I am thinking it probably just needs the main axle nuts retorqued. I'll let you know.

Fellas take your car to the dealer and tell them your having noise in the axels. They will usually re-torque the axels although a couple of members have even had new axels put in. In any case its nothing big and its a dealer fix.

I got my car back...the dealer retorqued rear suspension bolts, don't know which ones specifically. No clicks on the way home, but I'll keep an ear out. (I still suspect that the axle nuts might have been the culprit.)
