Both cars definitely have their fenders rolled.

I love my wheels, best money I ever spent.

19" 255 35/19
19" 285 35/19
Varrs - 9.5/10.5 +12 offset

I was gonna run the same setup except 245s. U have to mess wit the fenders at all wen u lowered it (im tracking mine so i need 0 camber or close)

If your intent is tracking the car you got the wrong wheels and are also looking at the wrong tire setup. Go on my350z and read up on what wheel/tire set up you should get (start with looking at a square setup and lighter/more reliable/strong wheels).

Any recommendations? Its not going to be a full time track, just for the bmw track on the weekends sometimes and of course for meets

I'm a supporter of Varrstoen but these wheels are made for looks, not performance. 19s weigh in around 27+ lbs. Extremely heavy because they are 1 piece cast wheels. Not only are they heavy, they are not as durable as their FORGED inspirations. With basic daily driving if you're not careful you can bend these wheels by hitting a pot hole too hard. So to even think about tracking these wheels would be a huge mistake.

If you want to track your car find some cheap used 350z Track Package wheels. They are forged and super light weight. Ugly wheels... but that's because they were built for 1 purpose and that's for track usage. Get Varrstoens for looks and 350z wheels for the track.

Only had to roll the rear fenders.
They rubbed slightly with the 285s when I'd go over dips in the road at speed.
275s won't rub at all.
And as mentioned earlier these are not the setup you want for tracking.
