Continental ExtremeContact DWS Alternatives

I'm looking to get new tires for my 2004 G35 Coupe with the performance 18" wheels. I've heard rave reviews about the Continental DWS tires however the size that fit on the rear (245/45/18) are on currently on back order. I was wondering what other alternatives are recommended in about the same price range and category (all season performance).

you can always pm neal, he is a vendor from tirerack on the forum and don from don's tire. both are very active on these forums. The DWS is a good tire, you can't find it anywhere online?

Hey I saw alot of them come from tire rack (Delaware Branch) tonight but again its all about the size of the tire and last night going to sears auto and other places and I work for UPS in the HUB and I have to scan and audit the tires every night. From time to time I read where they go. Try discounttiredirect.com we get those too.

If you can't find em, I've heard good reviews on the Yokohama Avid Envigors. Most buy these when they can't get their hands on the dws cause of backorder. I personally haven't tried em, but these were recommended to me by a friend who drives in chicago snow. and the snow here, gets crazy especially with no trucks cleaning the streets.. >_>

Going to be a while, 6+ weeks before those come back into stock. I'd look to the Envigor for an alternative if you need tires sooner.
