Should i go 18's or 19's?

Hey guys im new to the forum, just bought my ip sedan 2 weeks ago and looking to start modding soon. I really want new rims but I have a couple questions that I hope you guys can give me some advice on. I live in chicago area so the winters here can get ugly and this is my DD so im gunna be driving this car in the winter as well but I'm gunna limit the snow driving as much as possible. I have a buddy that owns and altima coupe and wanted to buy my stock 17's for 600 so I was thinking of going up to 19's with all season tires but would that be a stupid move if I might have to drive in snow sometimes. would it be smarter to go with 18's? would it be smarter to keep the stock rims? I was looking into forgestar f14's in gunmetal or tenzo concept 9 in hyper steel. any other suggestions? looking for something light weight that isn't gunna break the bank. Thanks alot guys

19s are fine for winter, winter rubber in 19s are super hard to find and very expensive.

^ You haven't been here long enough/have enough posts in order to offer things up for sale.

Buyer beware.

Not saying you're a scammer, but it's policy on this forum.

That's too bad that you can't offer things for sale if you haven't been here long enough/number of posts. I am assuming you can buy things??
Should be able to sell as well.... help the Infiniti enthusiasts

Buying stuff you are taking a risk. I would rather take a risk with a known member that has been around for a while, who contributes.
The rule is to cut back on thieves that sign up just to sell stolen stuff. They are less likely to take the time to sign up, hang out, contribute only to sell one item. Now that helps the Infiniti enthusiasts

I believe that Chicago gets a decent amount of snow each year so I would keep your stock wheels and get studless snow/ice tires for them (check the F/S forum here for decent deals) and then get the 19" summer wheels and tires you like.

Keep your 17" rims for winter (snow) driving and pic up a set of 19" rims/tires for when the suns out and the roads are clear....
