Road rash

Has anybody used Permatex Wheel Restoration kit, this product or a similar one? What have been your results?
The videos/reviews, look good.
Thanks

Got a link? I doubt it works though, unless it is very, very light curb rash that can be buffed out fixing curbed rims generally is a more indepth fix that will require careful sanding, possibly filling, and repainting.

That is the basic idea of fixing curb rash: filling, sanding, painting. It will likely work to fix the rash, but that dupicolor is not going to be the same color as our stock wheels if that's what you're planning on fixing. Infiniti doesn't even release the actual paint code, many people have tried to replicate the oem color but I don't know of anyone who has perfectly replicated it. Their generic silver spray is not going to match.

I agree about the colour. That's been in the back of my mind to call Permatex and see if they have an exact match. Well that takes care of that. Will have to check around with the experience of custom shops to paint the wheels.
