Snow Tire Advice

My 03 Sedan sucks in the snow. I don't have the money for a full set this month, but I have to make a 3000 mile trip in a few Weeks. Will getting a pair for the rear wheels help until I can afford the other 2 ? It's either 2 or none, I can't swing the other pair now.

Advice?

Look on Craigslist. I sold my Blizzaks with 1,000 miles for $300 this past December.

You really want a full set... Your fronts are what steer the car and your rears are what power it. You decide if you would like to have one without the other...

Snow tires were made to be used with all 4, perhaps look for a used set.

Highly recommend against running just a pair snows. Should wait until you have a full set to install.

Don't buy just a pair, get them in a full set.
