Shocks

i was wondering if the shocks for the 03-04 would fit the 05 model... i dont think it would make it difference would it

I'm not sure what you are really asking.
- sounds like you want to put '03/'04 shocks on a '05; why?
- also which car are you talking about sedan or coupe?

Anyway....
As far as I'm aware there where no changes made to supension parts for '05.

That's incorrect. The '05 G35C 6MT has a new revised sport supsension setup. I believe that same sport suspension package can be added on to the coupe AT's as an option. G35sedan has a thread in here somewhere talking about his impressions after test driving an '05 with one. But to answer the posters question, yes you can exchange shocks from any of the model years.
