Enkei Raijin 18x9.5 and RS-3

Cant fine the answers, i searched and found this thread but questions still un-answered.
https://g35driver.com/forums/wheels-...ire-sizes.html

I want to know what the best size tire to run on 18x9.5 for front for track..

Im getting rid of my 19x10 +35 with 265/30 ad 295/30 Hankook evo v12s for some 18" wheels to make it cheaper for better quality tires. I do find with this current set up when turning tightly the front end feels like it skipps.. not sure if thats due to the profile or too heavy and wide on front??

I have regular canyon runs and getting into fun track days more often
whiteline sway bar on soft both front and rear
bc racing BR series coilovers on +12 front and rear
usually run 36psi cold
and just got ap racing 3700 and 3750 BBK

So with that info i am getting Enkei Raijin 18x9.5 +15 for rear and will use RS-3 285/35/18
front i am unsure and need help...
1. what size rim 18x9.5 or 8.5 + 35
2. what size tire, 245/255/265 and what profile, 35 or 40 ?
- people have different opinions, go smallest size of tire for the rim for better turn in (less skip?) and then others say wider = more stable....

Ideas?

For our cars, WIDER. The front ends on these cars are vicious and Nissan never should have put a 225 up there stock.

255/40 or 265/40 are your best bet IMO.

I'd say go wider than that...285/35/18!!!! then adjust your suspension settings to dial out the understeer if you still have some.
