Quote: The problem with my +19 in the front is not the sticking out..Actually it lines up with the fender okay...its the TIRE..the 245 TIRE IS WAY too small for that rim..and makes the rim look "outward" because of the stretched tire in front...i will be changing to a 255 tire ..

as for the +29...As i stated before i had +29 ordered in front..and when mackin recieved my order they corrected it..stating that the +29 won't fit...

now don't get my wrong...my car looks hot as F**king hell...(like the others on the site with the same or similar set-up)..already had one person take a pic of it at starbucks as i was sipping on my drink watching it from the outside....the 2" dish front and almost 3" dish in the back..is amazing when the car is rolling....I would like it better with the 255 in front....i'll live with the 245 for now ...
Sounds so great,man, congrat~~~
waiting for my winnings~~~~

I really think the +29 will clear, but I don't want to tell someone to do it and then have the blame squarely on my shoulders when they don't... if you get them though and they DON'T fit, I'm sure a small 5mm spacer will solve any problems... I personally like the way my front looks with the +29 rear because the rear is more aggressive than the front (the other way around if you go +19 in the front) - however, if you don't mind rolling the fenders, as mentioned, the +19/+17 combo is definitely the way to go...

I finally orded my SF-Winnings today. Said they will be here in about 3 weeks.

19 x 9.5 +29
19 x 10.5 +29

Not sure on the tires yet. I want to get them locally so they have a warranty.
Probably get the same as BZABODYN, I don't want Toyo's. Maybe some Hancooks.
Anybody know anything about the hancooks.?

Maybe I should start a new thread!

Hankooks, honestly, don't deserve to be on this car - and as a matter of fact, they don't make a tire that will properly fit anyways (275/30 is the widest they go - but those will be super-stretched on a 10.5" wheel) - Since a 255/35 in the front is what I'd suggest, it pretty much narrows your tire choices to:

BFG KDW2
Goodyear F1 GS-D3 (only available in 275 for the rears like the Toyos)
Pirelli P-Zero Asimetico
Continental Conti-sport Contact 2
Michelin Pilot Sport & PS2 (best tire available, imo)

I have to add in that the Michelin PS2....**** all over the ride quality i had with the stock set up....i mean the ride is better...and feels better with the 19" VR's.....Great Tires....but they cost me a pretty penny Aghhhhhh

How about +29 9.5 front with a spacer
Okay, so what do you guys think about a +29 9.5 front wheel with a small (5mm) spacer vs the +19 9.5 front wheel. That way you could still have a 9.5 front width, clear the Brembos, and not have to roll the fender. Does this sound like a good alternative? Otherwise, you're stuck with an 8.5 front which doesn't quite look right with a 10.5 rear, or you get a +19 9.5 that requires fender rolling, or a +29 9.5 that doesn't clear the Brembos. So what do you guys think about the spacer idea?

The +19 9.5" Front DOES NOT REQUIRE fender rolling.....when we say roll the fender we are talking about the +17 10.5" in the back ..the back is more of the issue not the front, with the +17 you have to roll the fenders...if u don't want to do that go with +29....

Many people are running the +19 front with a 255/35 tire - clearance really isn't an issue in the front... there's less than 1/2" difference in the offset and that difference is all caliper clearance (since the lip sizes are the same) - if you think you need the extra 1/2", get the +19 (what I'd suggest if you have Brembos, just to be safe), if you're daring, you can try the +29, but if you end up needing a small spacer, I'm going to say "I told you so..."

LOL....i love it....go with the +19 it looks hot...but he's right the dish on the +29 and +19 are the same and the difference is less than 1/2" for the brembos...

I told you so hehehehe

The sensors are not needed....the Tire pressure light on the dash does not come on until about after 30 minutes of driving..after that it comes on (no beeping or anything) and then stays on until u turn off the car.....

I WANT TO USE MY SENSOR, SO IT IS TRUE THAT THE SENSOR DOES NOT FIT?

IS THERE ANYWAY TO MAKE THE SENSOR FIT?

IS THERE ANYWAY FROM KEEPING THE LIGHT FROM COMING ON?

I don't think they can fit....I remember someone saying u can order another set for your aftermarket rims.....but the Valve stem on the SF winnings is wierd it has an L-shape to it on the inside of the rim and i don't think it will work....

I have an '03.5, so I don't have to worry about TPS - thank god!

Sounds like more trouble than it's worth, imo... (heck, I don't even have a sunroof!)

what?! I thought the system was smart enough that if it didn't pick up a signal from the sensors it wouldn't complain... I can't live with a freaking dash light, it will drive me nuts!! Is your car an '05? Has anyone else had this experience?
