Nice. Overall that is a pretty accurate calculator, but the only thing wrong with it is that when you start stretching the tires quite a bit the height does change a tad.

I noticed that from what I could tell it does reflect that on the speed calc

Yup, unfortunately there's no accurate way to calculate that difference in height as some tires run wider than others, taller than others, etc.
