Brakes, Again

I see a lot of threads here about the short life of the G35 brakes. Ours is a 6-speed with the Brembos and it has started making noise. On inspection I see that the front left inside pad is down to the metal. However, the outside pad has lots of wear left, as do both RH pads -- nowhere near the wear indicators. The inside pads do not have an indicator therefore there was no warning . Appears to me that the caliper is dragging and/or not floating properly, causing uneven pad wear, which I hope will be covered by warranty.

Anybody else experience this type of wear and what was your experience with the dealer and the warranty?

I'll let you know how mine turns out...

In case anyone cares -- and from the volumes of replies, apparantly nobody does, but I'll follow up anyways:
Good news! The dealer agreed that the uneven pad wear means the caliper is defective and is replacing the LH caliper, rotor and pads under warranty.

Yeah, that uneven pad wear seems to be a dragging caliper. Congrats on the replacement without any hassle. Even great brakes such as Brembos isn't exempt from defects.
