19 x 8.5, 35mm offset, 5 x 114.3 would this offset and width for for the g35c front and rear?

yes, should look pretty sharp and elegant with that conservative offset.

center bore is 66.1mm

it will work just fine, but is conservative (wheels will be more inset than some you see here).
