New Tires

I put new tires on when I purchased my G, Toyo Proxis T1 Sport 225/55/R17 and here's what they look like, don't mind how dirty the rim is, the dealership hadn't detailed the car yet.

How do you like those Toyos? I thought about picking a set up a while ago.

I've put about 3,000km (1,864miles) on them so far and I quite enjoy them. They ride quietly and have good grip and some come with an 80,000km (49,709mile) warranty depending on the type. They're all seasons but I'll still be getting winter tires because I drive on roads with heavy snow fall that our snow plows have a hard time keeping up with some years.

Hmm... Tirerack has the T1 Sport listed as a summer performance tire actually.

Either way though, glad you like them!

Thanks for pointing that out. The salesmen ordered them for me and we documented the conversation stating "all season". Now I have to decide whether it's worth making them fix their mistake or just leave it be lol...But I have been happy with them and they look sharp!

Honestly if you are planning on getting a winter set of tires anyway it might not be worth the hassle haha. All-seasons are like the jack of all trades but the master of none. If you like how your car rides and handles now, you may expect less when moving to an all-season.
