Who sells wheel barrels/lips and blank wheel faces? or just blank wheels altogether. I need to know for a school project

You could try Wheelflip or VR Wheels. I know they both sell lips/barrels, not sure about blank faces though.

Ask for Sam or Alex @ wheel flip , they have what you are looking for and they do fill in face holes and re-tap , dont think they have blank faces though

Like smoothies? or do you mean uncut forged aluminium that you want to design your own face?

Don't know about those faces though... Never seen someone sell "blanks" before.

Yeah never seen blanks , i assume that would be custom made to order , but they do fill in holes and redrill , and there are lips and inner barrels that are blanks
