Axis vs. Racing Hart

I have been driving my self crazy bout buying the right mesh wheel. Started off with the Konig Imagines then thought about the ALT Fusion but; I have narrowed it down to the Racing Hart C3 and the Axis Super Mesh.
Has anyone had any experience with either of the two wheels?

Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Re: Axis vs. Racing Hart

I was looking at both the Imagine and Supermesh too for awhile, before deciding first that I wanted more of a Privat Zwanzig look, and second that $2000 is decent chunk of twin-turbo money.

Anyway, between your two choices I'd go with the C3. Supermesh seems to be the high seller among mesh wheel buyers, and most people buy custom wheels to stand out, not to join the second largest herd.

I like the supermesh and c4. The C4 is a multi-piece so it might be more expensive.

I'ld go with the RH C4 or C2 19 inch rims. They're more expensive than the Axis. However, the RH's are true three-piece wheels and IMO are better quality than the Axis wheels.

Re: Axis vs. Racing Hart

Thanks for posting the pics rajc007 (I tried postin gthe pic's to no success)! I do like the Racing Hart C4 (luv that lip) but that pushes me out of my rim/tire budget...

Has anyone owned a rim from either of the two companies? I'm contemplating on getting 19's but want a strong clean rim that won't bend over the first pot hole...

Thanks again all for your replies!

Re: Axis vs. Racing Hart

I really love the old school c2.

Just to let you know, I've seen many bent RH rims. But that was in the early to mid 90's. Maybe they are stronger now.

Re: Axis vs. Racing Hart

I have 19 inch RH C5's on my Accord. with 235x35 series tires. I've hit one pothole pretty hard with no damage to my rim.

However, a few years ago I use to have 17 inch RH type C rims which were bent due to hitting big cracks on the freeway.

So yes IMO the newer RH ppear to be made stronger.

Re: Axis vs. Racing Hart

i've had a set of Axis Se7en's before and they were really good to me...through potholes and everything...i say either one, as long as it fits your budget...dont wanna see someone spend to much on wheels and can't afford to keep the car afterwards
