Wheels do not fit flush on the disc brakes

Any local wheel and tire shop should have exactly what your looking for as well...
so here is something interesting that i found. i was researching the dimensions on the wheels i bought (since i dont have a micrometer to measure the wheel hub) and according to this web site

http://www.piaa.co.uk/wheels/wheels.htm (piaa super rozza dimensions under Nissan 350 Z)

if the information on the wheels are correct, then the hub is already @ 66mm which leads me to believe that the wheel should be able to go on without the need to buy the hub centric rings. am i right, or am i completly off the map...

i purchased PIAA Super Rozza wheels. 20x9 and 20x10. they do have a hub centric ring, but im not sure what the size of the wheel hub is (and i dont have a micrometer to measure it). i know the brake hub is 66.1mm and another member suggested I buy 73 to 66.1 rings...
