Winter Tires

My front winter tires seen better days, they are done. I have a second set of stock 17" rims to mount them on but I'm not sure what tires I should get. Currently I am riding around with 2 rear winter tires witch are nice but 2 front summer tires witch is pretty crappy. I have 2 good blizzak's for the rear, my local tire store cant even order me the same brand for the front but quoted me just over $500 for 2 of some other brand tires, not that they have to be the same brand so Ill probably just shop around.

I took a look on kijiji and these were the only winter tires that are the right size.

Or I could order some new ones, does anyone know what kind of tax I would have to pay to bring these across the border?

I think it might be easier to buy the ones from kijiji, there like 300 bucks for the two as opposed to paying 360 + 12% + duty on the other ones. How would they compare to each other?
