I know you probably don't want to hear this, but do a search. There must be hundreds of threads on suspension. You will learn everything you want to on those threads.

Too me... I think it depends on how you want the ride, some like the smooth feel, while others like the stiffness... it's the sway bars that would really make a difference...

The Prokit is for people that want a good drop. You should look at H-Techs
or RSR springs for the G and finish off with swaybars.

What does a little bit mean to you?

The littlest bit that I know of is OEM 350Z springs.
They are the same rate & will drop the coupe by 0.5"

Tein S Tech, Eibach Pro-Kit, RSR titaniums, drop the car at a level. The spring rates vary and it's not as stiff as if you get full coil-overs. However, if you were to install coil-overs (e.g. Tein Flex/Cusco Zero2/HKS LS/RS), the recommended drop by the manufacturer will be just about the same as just drop springs. Meaning, they work best at the height recommended.

I'd suggest either of these springs listed. The drop aint crazy low, but just right. G35 coupes already hang quite low (underneath), and clearance sucks.
