Question Lowest offsets I can run on a Sedan Sport with BBK?

Trying to decide on wheel offsets, but there are so many different combinations guys are running. I'm looking into the Vertini Hennesey. I have an 09 RWD Sedan Sport with the Akebono brakes lowered on Tanabe NF 210s. I just wanna buy wheels that I can just slap on without adding camber kits or spacers or pull fenders and be able to clear the brakes and not rub the fenders. But I want the lowest possible offset they offer without having the wheels sticking out too far. Some slight poke is welcome.

I plan on running 20x8.5 with 245/35 (Front) and 20x10 with 275/30 (Rear), but am open to suggestions hear as well.

For the fronts, they offer +20, +25, and +35. They recommend +35.
For the rears, they offer +25, +35, +45. They recommend +45 (Seems too high).

What would you guys suggest?
