Upgrading to 19" rays

Hey guys sorry I'm new to the g35 world. But I was wondering if anyone have experience with upgrading from the stock 18" 7 spoke to the 19" oem rays forged. And if so how does it look and do I really need a drop. I'm looking to get some nice stock upgrades

Welcome to Driver Sonny! Upgrading to 19" rays has always been a great idea, and they look Check our Marketplace under private classified 19" wheels, that's where you'll find the best deals. I've seen the rays that were polished for sale there too. Good Luck enjoy the ride....Gary

Your best bet is checking on your local craigslist. This way, you don't have to incur additional shipping fees, and you can inspect them. Plus you can usually negotiate and get good deals.

A drop and spacers are a must. What year and model G do you have?

A drop and spacers aren't "required", but spacers at a minimum make them look so much better. 20mm Front / 25mm Rear seems to be about the standard that everyone uses. (some go more or less, so expect varying opinions)

Another nice "stock" upgrade is OEM 350Z springs (only 2004.5+ ie: revised). Good for a mild drop of around 1/2" to 3/4".
