Tires '05 G35

I want to put a wider tire on the stock 17" rims on my G35. Will a 235/50/17 fit?

That size will fit wheels 6.50 to 8.50", the oe wheel is 7" so you're good to go.

Do I need to be concerned about the tire rubbing or contacting the wheelwell?
