Tires question

I have an '06 coupe on a set of 19x9.5 and 19x11 on 245/35 and 285/30, respectively. Was thinking of going with a slightly taller tire in the front (245/40). What size do I need in the back without shifting the weight of the car to the rear?

I'm also planning on dropping to drop the car on 350z s-techs and was wondering if anyone experienced rubbing with either the 245/30 or the 245/40.

Thanks for the help.

I show the 40's will fit as a rear application, but are a tad too tall up front. If it were me, I would run 245/35-19 and 285/35-19.
