Just got new rims - can I use current tires on it?

Just got new rims with these specs:

19 x 9.5 +22 front
19 x 11 +25 rear

And this is my current tires specs:

245/40 on 18 rims
285/40 on 18 rims

Will these tires fit on my rims? And what is the recommended tire specs for these rims? Please help! I really don't want to spend any more money if it isn't necessary. Any help is appreciated!

Crap...guess I have to buy new tires. Would these tires specs be good and safe for my rims?

Honestly johnnyqt25, I think you need to spend some time educating yourself a little bit. Not so many members are as willing as frankie and I are to answer simple questions like this when the answer is easily found with a simple search.

That's a different kind of stretch I'd like to try.
